 The question about what sex you are will cause a significant percentage of the people that come to this forum to either lie or not join.

 

This isn't a dating forum.  Our real world sex is not relevant to our business here.  I am certain  that many people will find the question and it's extremely prominent display unacceptable offensive and intrusive.  People in virtual worlds often to wish to use an avatar gender opposite their real world gender and don't consider what sex they really are to be anyone's businesses, certainly not a forums, and certainly not made visible to everyone. If they come and leave when they see that question and how  the answer  is displayed to everyone, many will be unlikely to come back.
